He fought in the spotlight at K-1 Dynamite!! on June 2, 2007 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, California with and came away with a knockout victory over Johnnie Morton, the former NFLwide receiver turned MMA fighter. Ackah also made an appearance on the 19th Sasuke competition, a Japanese sports entertainment television special where 100 competitors attempt to complete four obstacle course stages. Ackah failed the "Jumping Spider" in the First Stage.
