Walt Lysak Jr. has been studying and practicing martial arts since early childhood. With over thirty years of experience, Lysak is an 8th Degree Black Belt in Jiu Jitsu, 7th Degree Black Belt In Pankration, and 5th Degree Black Belt under the Legendary Joe Lewis. He teaches seminars for civilians, law enforcement and military personnel. He is the founder of the Sento method of reality martial arts.
