JERRY L. BEASLEY
Jerry L. Beasley, EdD, is a professor in
the Department of Exercise, Sport and Health Education at Radford
University. His unique university martial arts program incorporates
a multicultural cross-section that includes Japanese karate, Korean
taekwondo, judo, jujitsu, Chinese kung fu, Filipino kali, and jeet
kune do plus fencing and western boxing. An author and world-renowned
martial arts educator, he was inducted into the Black Belt Magazine
Hall of Fame as Instructor of the Year 2000, earning the highest award
in the field of martial arts.
