I started studying Hap Ki Do about four months ago at Choi's Dragon in Sterling, VA, http://www.gotodragon.com. The training I am receiving is excellent, but I feel very uncoordinated.  I find that I hesitate between movements and I spend more time thinking than acting.  It's a real challenge but I am enjoying all of it!
