Dik Chance offers FAST Defence training for students of all styles; and to beginners with no previous training.
You can join in one of our regular FAST courses held in various locations across the UK.
Or you could host a course for your martial arts school, business, school or college group, or just simply for a group of your friends.
Training is available for adults and children.
There are also specialist levels for defence against weapons; multiple attackers; reality groundfighting and much more.
We also offer specialist training for law enforcement, military units, security staff and other specialists. |
Dik Chance is a world-leader on self-defence and adrenal stress response training.
Apart from FAST Founder Bill Kipp, he is the only person in the world certified to train new instructor teams in FAST Defence.
