Ving Tsun Arizona

Ving Tsun Arizona offers classes in Ving Tsun (wing chun) kung fu and Practical Combat Escrima for adults and teens. Sifu Steve Frerichs is our chief-instructor and we are affiliated with the National Ving Tsun Organization (NVTO).

Sifu Steve Frerichs began his martial arts training in 1967. A pioneer of Ving Tsun in Arizona, Sifu Steve was one of the first three American students of Leung Ting. During the 1980's, he published numerous articles on Ving Tsun in both Inside Kung Fu magazine and Official Karate magazine. Additionally he has practiced Filipino Escrima since 1983.
