Master Mike Adams is one of the most respected (and one of the most senior) WingTsun instructors in America today. Sifu Adams has been training in martial arts since 1976.

In 1980, Sifu Adams met and began training with Dr. Leung Ting, the Great Grandmaster of WingTsun Kung Fu. This was during the Great Grandmaster's first trip to Texas (and one of his first trips to America) from Hong Kong. Today Sifu Adams is a To-Dai ("Kung Fu son") of Great Grandmaster Leung Ting. He was promoted to 5th Level Practician (Master) in March 2011.

Sifu Adams has been teaching WingTsun professionally in Illinois since 1988, and is the father of WingTsun in the Midwest. He is a founding member of the International WingTsun Association - North American Section, and serves on the Board of Directors as the Financial Manager. He is one of only two Leung Ting WingTsun® masters in the USA today.

Sifu Adams has trained many leading WingTsun instructors in America today. In addition to being the primary intructor at Dynamic Martial Arts of Bloomington-Normal, Sifu Adams also has schools in the Chicago suburbs and in Fairfield, Iowa.
