Tad Nelson
Tad Nelson is a certified KAPAP Instructor for the Southern CA area. He heads up the Southern California KAPAP Association, is an Instructor and Range Safety Officer for the Israeli Combat Point Shooting (ICPS) Course and was the Editorial Advisor for the book KAPAP Combat Concepts, Martial Arts of the Israeli Special Forces.
