Every day we are faced with myriad of choices. Most of the time, they seem pretty insignificant.
I am hungry for a snack, should I eat a snickers bar or an Apple?
Should I exercise today or just try work out twice as hard tomorrow?
Do I really need to write a thank you note to my friend for helping me move or can I just thank him next time I see him?
It has been a long day and I still have lots to do. Should I take a few minutes to recharge or should I just grab a Red Bull and power thru?
Probably, none of these choices seem very important when you look at them individually. But collectively, they WILL impact your life…….dramatically.
