Good Habits

Dave Kovar's Living Lessons: Good HabitsIt never ceases to amaze me at how easy it is to see my good habits slip away from me if I don’t guard them carefully. Developing good habits isn’t a sacrifice, it is an investment in your future that will pay real dividends for as long as you keep them. I am reminded of a saying I heard years ago (author unknown) “Bad habits are easy to make and hard to live with. Good habits are hard to make but easy to live with.” I think it is pretty sound advice. I am not sure how you are going to begin your week, but as for me, I am going to reassess my daily routines and rituals to make sure that they are in line with my goals.

Have a great day and invest in your future by developing good habits.
